Paperworks ....

More paperworks were submitted to our very helpful Conveyancer Sheree in preparation for our land settlement happening in a couple of weeks time.  She also said she will coordinate with our broker, our bank and our builder ... Its good for her to assure me that she will take it from here and for me not to stress out... So I am hoping it will be smooth sailing from here.  We will keep you posted if there is anything that is worth reporting

Meanwhile, this morning before heading to Ms Sheree, we passed by our land to see if there is any action happening with other lot thinking that there might be a buzz already by now but no happening just as yet perhaps after the settlement then we will see more of the action.

The only action happening are the trees planted by the council.  They are now growing and more buds shooting.  I would think that this time next year this would be flourishing with leaves and flowers.  Till our next post :)
