Week 21: Getting There Part 3

Week 21 and we've got floors....so loving our Heartwood Eucalypt floor.... a lot has been done this week and we're so happy... The photos is not doing justice as it is showing sort of brown but in real life it has a combination of a tinge of light grey and a touch of lightest brown and dark shade of grey - a great combination and compliments our grey walls ...

Enjoy looking at them as much as I love staring at it ....

Week 21: Getting There Part 2

Almost five months since we started our build, we see things coming along ... we can smell PCI (Practical Completion Inspection) ... Week 21 and this is what we have ... door fixtures done ...electrical fittings done including all light battens, ducted rangehood, power points (loving my special grey power point in my back splash), conduits, alarm system, gas points inside and out and of course we have heat and lights in all bathrooms ... main floor tiles (which I am so excited about) is about to start tomorrow --- can't wait to see how our chosen floor tiles would look like in all our area... I think  we are now allowed to slowly get excited

Week 21: Getting there Part 1

We just cant contain our excitement from what we've seen today as we snuck in to check what has been made.  True to their words (from the email) things are coming along well ... Let the picture paint you what we have seen and the source of our excitement ....

We've got water ... kitchen taps and purifier installed

Air conditioning vents put in place in the dining area

Under the sink our plumbing are all good and purifier (hidden at the back of the white pipes) has been installed

Air condition vent in the hallway going to the rooms installed

Aircon vent in one of the kid's room all done

Gas pipe for our heater done.
